Virtual Lecture Series on Business Process Management

The course provides a contemporary synopsis of current topics of business process management (BPM) education and research. It is a lecture series by renowned scholars of the field. Students will gather fresh insights on how to structure BPM, conduct BPM, and also analyze BPM using process mining as talks will cover novel frameworks, conceptualizations, procedures, and techniques. Students will also gain a deeper understanding of open issues and challenges.

The course covers the following main areas as well as further topics:

    Next to established BPM systems, software robots enable lightweight robotic process automation
  • Process Analytics and Artificial Intelligence
    Process mining and deep learning facilitate new insights
