Chair of Enterprise Computing
The Chair of Enterprise Computing deals with the socio-technical design of intelligent information systems, so-called human-task-technology systems. We make use of the methodological apparatus of the business informatics discipline.
In addition to information systems engineering, current research areas include business process management (BPM) and the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in management, for example in industrial production with cyber-physical systems or in the area of services, in so-called smart service systems.
