Application deadline for theses for the winter semester: July 15

Dear Students,

If you would like to write your thesis at the department during the upcoming winter semester, please remember to submit your application by July 15 using the form on our website.

Please note that if your application is accepted, we will ask you to promptly draft a 3-page proposal on your topic in consultation with your advisor. Please plan ahead and allow sufficient time for this. From an organizational standpoint, submitting the proposal promptly allows us to supervise as many theses as possible in a fair manner. In terms of content, the proposal gives you the opportunity to develop your topic in writing early on together with your advisor and receive initial feedback.

In addition, we also supervise theses in cooperation with Fraunhofer ISST. Depending on the subject area and research question, we can refer interested students to appropriate contacts and projects.
