BMFTR project DAIY discusses practical AI toolbox for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Last Friday, acp systems AG in Ditzingen hosted the project meeting of the "Do AI Yourself (DAIY)" research project funded by the German Federal Ministry of Research, Technology, and Space (BMFTR). The aim of the meeting was to herald the final spurt of the project and to discuss key questions on supporting small and medium-sized enterprises in the use of AI services from the cloud.

The focus was on how a practice-oriented "toolbox" should be designed in order to effectively enable SMEs to use artificial intelligence independently. The project partners exchanged views on which specific tools companies need and how universities, as research partners, can best support this process.

The meeting marked an important step on the way to finalizing the project results and underlined the importance of cooperation between science and industry for successful digitalization in SMEs.
