Three weeks of innovation, digitalization, and the energy transition: Female students can apply until July 26, 2026.

The Female Digital Camp will enter its fifth year in 2026. E.ON’s three-week camp is aimed at female students aged 18 to 35 and offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in digital product development, UX/UI design, artificial intelligence, and design thinking.

From August 31 to September 18, 2026, 20 participants will work alongside experts at the Bermuda Digital Studio in Bochum to develop innovative solutions for real-world challenges in the fields of the energy transition and digitalization. The program’s goal is to provide women with hands-on insight into the energy industry and to actively promote diversity within the sector.

In addition to the project work, participants can look forward to a varied supporting program featuring discussions with female executives, exclusive career-focused sessions, and team events. Participants will receive a stipend of 570 euros. In addition, cash prizes and non-cash prizes totaling 7,500 euros are up for grabs.

Upon successful completion, the students will receive a certificate as well as an internship verification for their résumé. The application period runs until July 26, 2026.
